Server 2008 R2 FTP & the Firewall

Ooops - Server 2008 R2 FTP and automatic firewall rules DON'T work.

You need to go to firewall rules and add c:\windows\system32\svchost.exe as an inbound exception.

Also - outbound DOS ftp from Server2008 R2 doesn't work through the default firewall rules. So again, add it as a program exception to BOTH inbound and outbound.
