VirtualCenter service won't start and gives error code 2

The vSphere VirtualCenter service errors on startup giving service specific code 2.

This is due to a conflict with IIS. Turn off the World Wide Web Publishing Service then start VirtualCenter again.

If you must have IIS (vSphere doesn't need it - it uses Apache) you can start it again now (but don't expect port 80 to be available).
